Doody Dangler

The Idea is Born
ImageIt was just an average morning, or so thought mild-mannered publisher Tim Campbell.

He awoke, greeted the day and decided to take the family’s beloved golden retreiver, Buddy, for a walk.

A bright and sunny day, thought Tim.  It was the kind of beautiful day that nothing could ruin.  Or so he thought!

Tim rounded the corner and came to a grassy, circular walk near the lake.  Feeling friendly, Tim approached a group of three neighbors and struck up a conversation.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, it struck him.

In the back of his mind at first.

As his eyes began to dart around the intimate crowd from neighbor to neighbor, they finally fell upon his own hand.  And he realized their faux pas.  With a chuckle, Tim drew everyone’s attention and announced:  “If we are to continue this conversation in any sort of respectable manner, we had better all drop our bags.”

And one-by-one four bags full of fresh doody hit the ground.

Everyone had a hearty laugh and the neighbors returned to polite conversation.  After a few minutes they parted, but the thought did not.

And soon, everywhere he went – the park, the sidewalk, the playground – all he could see was the poo.  In bags, in hands.  But the hands weren’t always safe.  Sometimes they also held a phone or a purse or  a wild leash.  And always the smelly, squishy bag followed.

Tim knew that there must be a better way.

He isolated himself in the garage and experimented with possible remedies.

Hands grabbing at household items…
Sweat dripping from his brow…
Tearing at whatever he could get his hands on…
An elastic cord here, a cord lock there.

ImageAnd with a LOOP, SWOOP and a PULL…Tim’s brainchild was born.

The Dangler, a hero who wields the courage to stand against the inconvenience of dog doo.

Armed with an array of Doody Danglers -- the most innovative invention ever to battle poo.

Tim has since set The Dangler loose on America.

Wherever a man needs two hands to control a wild dog’s leash.
Wherever a woman needs to answer her cell phone while walking the dog.
Wherever both hands are needed.

The Dangler will be there.

And soon, he will be at a store near you (as well as at petmountain.com.)

Works on any leash!
